Aside from the NDA signed, you may also opt to have them sign an agreement supplied by you.

Post a brief description of your challenge and decide how much you want to pay for a satisfactory answer. Only problem solvers whom you have approved the NDA with will be able to see your posting. Your innovation team will also have a Facilitator available. After solutions are presented you will be able to choose from the solutions and approve one. You will pay only if the solution satisfies you. Ongoing problems being solved and resolved ones are kept in strict confidentiality.

For Problem Solvers

Interested in solving problems for a fee? Who isn’t? IdeaConnection problem solvers usually get paid around $400 to $40,000 for each accepted solution. After registration, you will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure, Intellectual Property Rights and Confidentiality Agreement. When accepted to work on a problem, you will be able to use the site’s private and confidential ThinkSpace™ designed as a communication area used for exchanging ideas, uploading documents, chatting and other tools to aid in the process.
