  • 1. Why do I need to register?

The Head Honcho doesn't want bad guys messing up this site. And he knows a thing or two about the importance of privacy#0133; so rest assured he'll never sell or share your info.
  • 2. What's crowdsourcing?

If you don't know, you should really go read up on it on Wikipedia. They've got a great article on crowdsourcing. Too busy to read the whole article? Here's the basics:
    • The client is seeking ideas, talent, or simple manpower. They're casting a wide net in search of the best possible outcome.
    • Anyone can attempt to participate. But that doesn't mean all work will be accepted!
    • Everyone, no one, or just contest winners might receive monetary (or other) compensation.
  • 3. What's the point of this website?

Submit. Describe. Review. Vote. Repeat. That's really all there is to it. Think of us as a tool you (aka. "the crowd") can use to find, talk about, and rate crowdsourcing projects.

Submit :: Do you know of a crowdsourcing project not on our list? Well don't keep it to yourself!
Describe :: A link is nice, but how about a little info on that new project you've found?
Review :: Gush about your pet project, trash the terrible time-wasters, or blow the lid off a scam!
Vote :: What's your favorite crowd? Help it rise to the top (and show the losers where they belong).
Repeat :: The crowd creates the content around here. So keep up the great work to make us... ahem, I mean you look good.
  • 4. How long does it take for my submitted site to be added?

CrowdSourcingLinks.com relies on community contributions. We highly encourage you to submit your favorite crowd sourcing related website! In order to ensure only high quality websites in our network we follow an extensive selection procedure which can take up to three weeks to complete. Approved websites receive a personalized review posted with their listing on our website. Naturally, we will keep you posted throughout the process and will let you know if your submission has been approved or not. We cannot make any predictions or guarantees about when or if your site will be approved.
  • 5. Why was my submitted site disapproved?

Our business model relies on a network of high quality websites which are carefully reviewed by our staff. While we cannot provide specific feedback as to why your site was disapproved we can generally say that most websites are disapproved due to irrelevancy, insufficient and poor quality content.
